- To claim program rewards you must be a registered member of the ‘Events with Benefits’ program.
- ‘Events with Benefits’ membership is non-transferable.
- Should a PCO book an event on behalf of a Corporate Company, the PCO receives the benefits and it is left up to their discretion to pass on the reward to client.
- Rewards valid for all new business confirmed and held from 1 March 2013 to 31 Mar 2014.
- Rewards and benefits are accumulated on the total bill ie conference and accommodation spend. Not applicable for convention and incentive block bookings
- ‘Events with Benefits’ program is open to Industry and Corporate meeting and event planners.
- Not valid in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
- Program terms and conditions are subject to change.
- Toga Hotels reserve the right to modify or cancel the events with benefits program at any time. Additionally, Toga Hotels may remove users from the program, should actions deem it necessary.
- Booker rewards are subject to change and availability
- Conference and booker rewards applicable in local currency and subject to change.
- Company and Booker Rewards will be issued within 30 days of each event, once payment has been received.
- Company Reward of – A minimum 15 delegates need to book for the conference, 15th delegate shall be FOC - A maximum of 1 FOC day delegate package shall apply per conference, even if numbers are greater than 15 delegates + 1 free internet connection in the conference room free - a maximum of 1 FOC internet connection shall apply per conference, even if numbers are greater than 15 delegates.
- Company Reward of - $500 rebate voucher cannot be exchanged for money. Should the event spend be lower than the $500 rebate voucher, the balance amount will not be refunded for money or carried forward to the next event. Rebate voucher needs to be used within 6 months of issue.
- Company Reward of - Ultimate Reward of the year – vouchers are subject to availability, conditions apply and valid for a 12 month period
- Program applicable at participating hotels only.
- ‘Events with Benefits’ program valid till 31 Mar 2014.
