Terms & Conditions for Travelodge Hotels and Velocity Frequent Flyer - Points earn
|
- The allocation of Points in relation to a stay with Travelodge Hotels is made in accordance with these terms and conditions and any additional conditions published by or on behalf of VRPL from time to time. These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of VRPL and reference should be made to the applicable terms and conditions before booking a hotel stay.

- Points may only be earned by one member for each hotel stay and only the Member whose name is on the reservation record may earn Points.
|
- For hotel stays at Travelodge Hotels in Australia, Points will be earned in connection with a Qualifying Stay on hotel charges, including Qualifying Room Rates, food and beverages, and telephone charges.

- Points will be awarded for qualifying stays on Qualifying Room Rates booked through Travelodge Hotels’ central reservation offices, web sites, travel agents or directly at the hotel.

- Points will not be earned for stays of the following types: stays purchased as part of package holidays; free hotel stays; stays at industry discount rates; stays at group rates; stays at special promotional rates or stays using vouchers or discount certificates

- The maximum number of nights that Points will be awarded varies depending on the partner:
- Consecutive nights at the same hotel will be considered one stay regardless of the number of check-ins.

- Members can earn Points on a maximum of one room, on any one night at Travelodge Hotels.

- At Travelodge Hotels, Points are not awarded for "no shows", even if the room is paid for in full. If a Member needs to change their booking, without loss of Points, they must advise the hotel at least 24 hours in advance of the original check-in time.

- All hotel stays are governed by Travelodge Hotels' terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions for Travelodge Hotels and Velocity Rewards - Points redemption
|
- Travelodge Hotel redemptions will be available via certificates for hotel accommodation only (not able to be used for food and beverage, mini bar, in-room movies, telephone calls, room service etc. these must be paid for at the time of stay directly to the hotel)

- Redemptions do not earn Velocity points
- The member must contact Travelodge Hotels via our Central Reservations team directly to make bookings. Travelodge Hotels 1300 886 886.

- Members will be charged the accommodation room rate of the day when making any booking.

- Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.

- Vouchers will be valid for 6 months from issue date.

- Members who do not show for a redeemed booking will forfeit the points paid.

- Booking changes for redemptions are allowed.

- The member must contact the hotel at least 5 working days before the original check-in date.

- The original voucher must be presented at check-in

- Rooms are subject to limited availability and blackout periods may apply i.e. New Years Eve

- Awards points cannot be redeemed for group or conference stays.

- There is a maximum of two (2) adults per room unless otherwise specified.

- Adults are defined as people 12 years or older.

To earn and redeem Velocity Points, you must be a Velocity member. Velocity membership and Points earn and redemption are subject to the member Terms and Conditions, available at virginaustralia.com/velocity, as amended from time to time.
